The research aimed to present an overview of the results of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education in the city of João Pessoa. For this purpose, it was used as a methodological approach, the research model called exploratory and descriptive, in order to make it more explicit or build hypotheses. He tried to show the drugs of course in history, where they worked the theme from the panoramic problem context in our reality bringing some forms of prevention and putting in evidence the military police through PROERD regarding the problem of drugs and violence.
