Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis study develops around the Homecare Services, an initiative of the Federal Government which was extended to municipalities in order to optimize public health provided by the federal government through the Serviço Único de Saúde. The survey takes place through literature and compared with reality also apply the knowledge gained through legal documents and publications on public information sites. It is a detailed observation of the Melhor em Casa program, which came to optimize an existing service in the city of João Pessoa. The finding of the positive elements of the project were collected results and validation of the deployment in the same at the national and municipal level.
