Os desafios da organização administrativa na gestão escolar

The choice of the theme of this research was based on the assumption that school management is gaining space in the Brazilian educational context, characterized by the conscious participation of all those involved in the school institution. The democratic management of education represented a great constitutional achievement in 1988, so it is essential to emphasize that education is a right for all. But to achieve this right, school management needs school organizations that walk in accordance with this premise. It is known that the schools are facing several challenges, among them, the administrative organization in the school environment. In this case, the general objective of this article was to carry out an analysis about the administrative organization of the school management of a municipal teaching establishment Virgínius da Gama e Melo, located in João Pessoa / Paraíba. While the specific objectives were: To examine how the administrative organization of this school is given and to identify the main difficulties of management in relation to the organization, based on the perception of the members that make up the management (manager and representatives of the School Board). To carry out this research, a questionnaire was applied with the members of the administrative management at the school mentioned above. In general, it was noticed that the administrative organization needs some adjustments in relation to the existing difficulties in the democratic management of the mentioned school, since the objective and subjective data of the answers of the participants of the research revealed certain contradictions among them to consider the very satisfactory administrative management With 75% and in the open data, they affirmed that the management of the school does not act in a democratic way, lacking knowledge about management, power sharing and planning. Finally, the research revealed that the administrative organization process of school management is indispensable so that the manager is always aware of the positioning of other members of the school management.
