We know the technical and scientific advances has occurred quickly in implantology and, immediate loading in osseintegrated implants recently was completely contraindicated. With the development of morphology and the implant surface was observed that osseintegration occurred more effectively and a load immediate over them could not bring consequence in the process or even, depending on the bone condition and level of strength, be beneficial.
