The disparity between the agendas was due to the region externality to the conflict. Such condition generated a negligent posture from the United States, natural ally of Latin America, which end up intensifying the anti-Americanism feeling. On this scenario case, this research seeks to do a multilateral analysis of foreign policy to observe how the systemic conjuncture and the Eisenhower Administration’s foreign policy influenced Latin America and, specifically, Brazil.
