Situação familiar de vulnerabilidade social: práticas parentais e problemas de comportamento na escola

This paper presents integrative review literature search about the situation of social vulnerability, parenting and behavior problems at school. It aims to identify whether there is a relationship between those three factors and, if is it, identify whether and how occupational therapy has contributed to the impact of these factors for the behavior of kids in school. Twenty studies were included, four of these were of occupational therapy, which helped to identify and analyze on the development of children, the importance of performance and the need for research of Occupational Therapy in this theme. It was concluded that there are few publications in the field of occupational therapy focused on social vulnerability and these make clear the importance and the role of the occupational therapist in this context, these works correlate on parenting and behavioral problems in school, but do not explain the performance occupational therapist in these contexts or how they are characterized.
