Various cultural, political and social factors contribute to the maintenance of this difficulty, including the denial of the right of access to education, which may be one of factors contributing to the low rate of people with disabilities in the labor market and / or With lower incomes than people without disabilities. The objective of this work is to problematize, from the academic and academic history of the author, on the challenges for the permanence of the disabled person in the public school and the public university. It is a qualitative research whose first step was to rescue memories after building a school diary, from it to identify thematic axes that were bullying, the role of the teacher and the tutor, the role of the family, capacity for resilience, processes of exclusion Within the school, interpersonal relationships, public / social policies of special education in the perspective of school inclusion and access permanence: from basic education to higher education based on these, conduct bibliographical research and records to then come to the final considerations.
