The experiment was conducted during the months of September and October 2015, at the Experimental Farm Pending - Agricultural Research Company S.A. Paraíba (EMEPA). 30 sheep intact males without defined breed were used (SPRD), with initial average weight of 17 ± 1.5 kg, distributed in a completely randomized experimental design (CRD) with five treatments and six repetitions each. The diets were composed of grass hay buffel and concentrated, and the treatments represented by the substitution of the true source of protein, arising soybean meal by non-protein nitrogen source from urea (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% of substitution). The substitution levels of urea by soybeans did not differ significantly (P> 0.05) for the morphometric measurements of carcasses when compared to the control diet. The average values of real income (RV), ribeye area (REA), initial pH and final did not differ (P> 0.05) among the animals that were fed the control diet (0% urea), compared those who received the urea inclusion levels. The soybean meal by urea replacement levels did not change (P> 0.05) the weight and yield of commercial cuts except the rib income. As there was no urea levels in the diet effect on non carcass components when compared to the control diet. Renal and ignal fat was not affected by urea by soybean replacement levels.
