Supervalorização de fitase exógena para codornas japonesas na fase de postura
Abstract
dc:description.abstractWe evaluated this work with the effects of exogenous phytase overvaluation on the performance and quality of quails in laying phase. They used 336 quails Japanese females with 114 days of age, distributed in a completely casualizadocom design 6 repetitions of 8 birds each and 7 treatments, which consisted of seven diets: T1 - positive control (CP), consisted of a ration corn and soybean meal without addition of phytase and levels (P) and calcium (Ca) according to Rostagno et al, (2011).; T2 - positive control (ON TOP), the T1 diet with supplementation of phytase without considering the nutrient matrix; T3 - negative control (NC) with levels of P and Ca low according to the nutritional matrix of phytase in 100% without enzyme; T4 negative -control with reduced levels of Ca and P according to the nutritional matrix of phytase and 100%; T5 - negative control, a reduction in the levels of Ca and P according to the nutritional matrix of phytase in 105%; T6 - negative control, a reduction in the levels of Ca and P according to the phytase nutritional matrix 110%; T7 - negative control with reduced levels of phosphorus and calcium according to the nutritional matrix of phytase at 115%. The parameters evaluated for performance were: feed intake (g / bird), egg production (%), egg weight (g), egg mass (g), mass per conversion (g / g) and per dozen eggs (kg / dz), and quality: specific gravity (g / cm³), percentage of shell, yolk and albumen (%), Haugh unit, eggshell thickness (mm). Data were submitted to analysis of variance and means were compared by Tukey test at 5% probability. The reduction nutritional diet T3 (negative control, with reduced phosphorus and calcium levels according to the nutritional matrix of phytase in 100% without enzyme) reduced the performance of quails. The birds had higher feed intake (CR) to compensate for the reduction, but had lower production (PR), influencing the egg mass (MO), feed conversion by egg mass (CMO) and conversion per dozen eggs (CDZ). The use of the enzyme On top (T1 with phytase supplementation without considering the nutrient matrix) did not provide benefits. Some performance degradation effect occurred when the value was 10% of the enzyme matrix, fleeing the best performance trend toward appreciation of 5 and 15%. Valuing phytase by up to 115% allowed full compliance with the requirements of the birds, where even fed diets with Ca and P levels reduced did not have the performance and quality of committed eggs thus considered the best treatment and the work of recommendation based on the data.
