A Nova moradia do trabalhador urbano da construção civil no município de João Pessoa

This paper reflects about the issues of the current capitalist and globalized world, which results in frequent migration movements of people who seeking better quality of life and sustainability for their family. The workers of construction industry, constitute a public that just by improving conditions or better pay, are increasingly needing to migrate from small towns, to perform work in the capital, living in "houses" that are given by the company, because this capital have greater securities speculation and numerous contractors. Thus, we sought to understand the relationships of these subjects with this new conception of property, and what this space together with the phenomenon of migration, has generated of consequence for the worker occupational and mental health. For this, it is necessary to delve into the typical issues of the profession, which mostly employs these individuals precariously. A quantitative and qualitative methodology, was proposed to this research, because we need to identify sociodemographic data with a questionnaire adapted to understand the profile of the group, named physical work capacity protocol, and the qualitative part is because we need to analyzing a semistructured interview using the method of content analysis. Concluding, the daily activities of these workers are impaired due to the current working model, resulting in psychic anguish grief, and an unhealthy and meaningless day-to-day of these migrants, that is completely devoted to the work activity. We realized the need for intervention in the working model of these workers, because we founded some results what explain the harmful way that this people need to live their work experience. So, was understand that there is a possibility to intervening by occupational therapy, with the objective of structure and restructure a routine that could be already pathologically, because we know it is possible to inferring meaning and create ways to facing this maleficent style of work, as the bases of psychodynamic of work says. In all, this is important because the work is one of the mean activity in life, that is a key part to construct the meaning, significance, and identity that people acquired during life
