O prazer e sofrimento no trabalho da atenção básica de saúde do município de Guarabira

This is a quantitative study with the objective of analyzing pleasure and suffering on servers of Basic Health Units rural inserted into the primary health care in the city of Guarabira. The participants were 26 professionals and nurses, doctors, dentists, nutritionists, psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, nursing technicians and oral hygiene technicians. Data collection was carried out between November and December 2014, we used a questionnaire demographic and professional partner beyond the scale of pleasure and suffering at work (EIPST). The results of EIPST (pleasure and pain scale at work) only one (1) domain obtained satisfactory evaluation, being, job satisfaction with 8:52 media between the answers. Other areas had moderate ratings / review: Burnout 4.91 with media, Freedom of Expression and 7:46 Lack of Recognition 4.45. So pleased was perceived in professional achievement while suffering would require an average mark of less than 4 (four). In conclusion, the worker has a different way to get pleasure and suffering at work in UBS Rural and with some measures adopted by management, such as the creation of performance evaluations, may cause critical indicators do not back to serious reviews, evolving to reach a better level of satisfaction. In addition, research has shown that suffering obtained medium coefficient of variance between 56.75% and 68.99% indicating heterogeneity in responses. Finally, in order to promote pleasure in work, would have to reduce suffering and their consequential damages, recognition and freedom of expression and also professional achievement are necessary and vital elements to work.
