O Brasil na arquitetura em saúde global no século XXI: a dupla inserção na cooperação técnica em saúde

Considering the existence of a new architecture on Global Health – which joins up a holistic vision on the determining factors on health with a greater policy space for the actors from the South to influence the Global Health Governance – this work aims to present the Brazilian insertion in this architecture. Highlighting the dual character of its dynamics, which takes place both in an action as donor for Portuguese-speaking African countries in areas where Brazil has expertise, and as a recipient of cooperation from Cuba, through triangulation with the PanAmerican Health Organization, strengthening the actions on primary health care.
