A crise financeira atual: origens, dinâmica, impactos e propostas de reforma do Sistema Financeiro Internacional

The outbreak of a financial crisis in scale may be linked to several factors, and it is certain that his understanding should be through analyzes that include the international financial system architecture. This study aims to understand the factors that led to the outbreak of the current financial crisis radiated in the United States and its subsequent course. Thus, we performed a study on the dynamics of the international financial system in recent decades, highlighting the role of financial institutions and agreements governing international finance, and geopolitical orientations of the dominant powers able to influence and shape the international financial system. To analyze the origins of the current financial crisis, we make use of theoretical perspectives of Keynesian and post-Keynesian, while critically present the theoretical perspectives of classical/neoclassical nature. Treat well to describe and analyze the origins and the course of the current financial crisis, emphasizing some of its impacts on national scales (especially the United States) and even regional (Europe and emerging countries) and to present some proposals to reform the international financial system, given the important that the issue has gained in recent years, especially in light of the drama of this crisis, which revealed both the weaknesses of the international financial system architecture as the need to promote changes to the solution of this crisis and prevent future crises.
