Dinâmica intraburocrática e a internacionalização de dois modelos agrícolas distintos na cooperação técnica agrícola brasileira

Within the Brazilian domestic level, there are two clearly distinct agricultural models, one directed towards the family farming and one for the promotion of agribusiness. By their characteristics, these two models are apparently contradictory, however the Brazilian agricultural technical cooperation internationalize both models. Thus, by analyzing Brazil’s foreign policy, this research aims to understand why these models are reproduced in the technical cooperation.
