Análise do uso do Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJE) no Juizado Especial da comarca de Cabedelo - PB

This study aims to analyze the benefits of EO use in process performance of the Juizado Especial da Comarca de Cabedelo-PB, justifying the fact that this system has been the target of several discursões over time. Interviews were used to strengthen the data exposed in the theoretical framework, which data collection was carried out by the system collecting statements and information acquired through research with seven (7) servers crowded in Juvenile Court on rapprochement with the system in terms of their applicability and use. The study aimed to list the impacts, as well as their advantages and disadvantages caused by the change of the digital process. The methodological procedures have given up by qualitative and quantitative research. Still are pointed, definitions regarding the concept and importance of an information system, IT in the context of public administration, competence and Special Court of legislation and finally the model of benefits offered by the use of IT (ALBERTIN, 2005): cost , productivity, quality, flexibility and innovation. The analysis was made considering the data collected in the perception of servers, where it was found that the perceived benefits with this implementation, improved service period of employees at the agency, in serving citizens, it is considered that it is necessary Moreover, greater flexibility and innovation in the system so that the servers can better suggest and perfect it. Accordingly, it is clear that this system corroborated especially with the speed of activities in the Juizado Especial Court and improving the quality of life of the servers.
