Manifestação do discurso institucional sobre sustentabilidade em empresas líderes com padrão GRI

Organizations are adopting sustainability as part of their strategic profile. The procedure of this accession, the Sustainable Reports are placed in the context of his speeches sustainability, aiming to disseminate the shares issued by companies. This research aims to analyze the manifestations that such organizations carry through their reports in ten listed companies in the ranking published in the article "The Road to Credibility 2010," having the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It is made an analysis based on the information in the reports to the organizational profile (strategy, vision, mission, values, risks, commitments, governance), the functions and discursive patterns, performance indicators (environmental, social and economic) and the engagement stakeholders, these in turn, provided the context for the discursive interpretation and exploitation of the content. This research will have a qualitative approach, and will be supported by a literature review, the purpose of verifying the manifestation of these sustainability discourses present the annual reports basically the years 2008 and 2009 delimiting the entire guideline adopted by organizations in favor of the environment and society, and even in the midst of a turbulent economic period sought to align the new corporate relations of the contemporary world in favor of the adoption of sustainability in their organizational strategy. However, this research seeks to expose how these sustainable reports and its manifestations, by joining this practice by leading companies in the quality of it, making them models for other organizations and to publicize the engagement of sustainability and sustainable development in each company listed.
