Barreiras encontradas na implantação de um novo modelo de gestão de pessoas: estudo de caso em uma empresa familiar do setor têxtil, localizada em João Pessoa

This search has as goal to assess the barriers founded to the implantation of a new model of people management for what proposes the Alfa. For this, were analyzed the practices suggested as changes for the Human resources section (RH ), for the improvement in his process to provide a better relationship between the employee and the company, were the barriers founded for this implantation and if there were adoption of some suggested practice. It was used an exploratory and descriptive methodology, because the exploratory search has as the goal to provide a bigger familiarity with the problem, to became more explicit or to build assumptions and the descriptive search because the facts have been observed, registered, analyzed, classified and interpreted without the research interference, bringing the description of the population what was studied. We used the interview as a search instrument to the collect of the information and the analysis of the content for the treatment of data. The results obtained demonstrated that in spite of to note some changes in the way of management of the company people, the implantation of a new model of management happens of a slow form and almost imperceptible, having a determinant factor for this result the numerous barriers founded by the people manager at the elapse of the process by the leadership, as this company is familiar, they aren’t yet fully open to the management model changes, staying plastered in the traditional model of personnel department and for have as priority of the company, to invest in the most modern an sophisticated equipments for the production of its products.
