O processo de aprendizagem em ação em programas Trainees: a percepção de ex-membros da Empresa Júnior de Administração EJA/UFPB.
Abstract
dc:description.abstractIndividuals develop through the natural life process and, in Junior Companies, the participants experiences assume a prominent role in professional learning. Given the dynamism of the environment that surrounds these organizations, and for allegedly represent an environment very conducive to learning by experience/action, this study aimed to identify the contribution of the trainee program from Paraíba Federal University Junior Company in the management learning process in action the Administration course students. In this study, we carried out field research, exploratory and qualitative. We researched 11 former members from EJA, using as a research tool the semi-structured interview. The results show that the learning content gained by respondents reflects the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes of the intrinsic function of the administrator. There was also, in the trainees discourses that participation in self EJ favors a continuous improvement professional and very young people entering the Junior Company and without experience of the market believe that the EJA favors a considerable personal and professional maturation, changing their constructs and way of thinking about life. However, the results achieved in the research show that the EJA, through its social role as a facilitator of development managerial competencies, contributes to professional development, offering a practical experience of business reality and contribute to academic development of the participants.
