Habilidade social educativa de “dar e receber feedback” em processos avaliativos: contribuições na formação do(a) pedagogo(a)

This monograph highlights the importance of Giving and Receiving Feedback as a social skill to be developed during the process of teaching and learning and, in this case, in the initial preparation of pedagogues at university. In order to examine the contribution of that behavior pattern, feedbacks were given through an evaluative tool in the first unit of an Educational Phylosophy Course to students of Pedagogy at Campus I-UFPB. Five students’ performances after feedbacks were analysed and it was observed that feedback contributes positively to the process of learning and teaching, for it enhances the possibilities of (re)constructing knowledge by students, so that they became more autonomous; it also helps teachers to be more reflexive and critical; besides, it consolidates interpersonal relationship between those implied at teaching/learning, promoting dialogue and reliability. Considering Pedagogya relational profession, those data support the pleading to integrate social skills’ study and training at Pedagogy’s curriculum.
