A dimensão pedagógica do trabalho do profissional de Pedagogia junto aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei na 2a Vara da Infância e Juventude de João Pessoa

The research conducted is based on studies of the Educator of the field in non-school spaces, with the main objective to analyze the pedagogic dimension of pedagogue's work in the 2nd Childhood Forum Stick and Joao Pessoa Youth (2nd VIJ). It constitutes as specific objective to understand aspects of the recent reform of the Faculty of Education in Brazil and the role of the educator in non-school spaces; discuss the legal landscape about adolescent issues and offense in the Brazilian contemporary context; analyze the pedagogue work contribution with adolescents who is credited with authorship of the offense in the 2nd VIJ; discuss the pedagogical dimension of the work of the pedagogue and the Faculty of Education's contribution to carrying out their work. Interest in this search if gave-from the experience as Pedagogy of interns, on site referred to. Delimit this research topic, to realize that, increasingly, the Pedagogy professional has been working in non-school space, which raised the need to get closer to an experience of this nature in order to discuss about the work of the educator in materiality of an institution such as the 2nd VIJ, hitherto little given attention in the research developed under the TCC's from the Federal University of Paraiba Education Course. The research followed a qualitative case study approach being carried out from a field of research, performed semi-structured interviews. The main authors that supported this work were mainly Rizzine (2009), Silva (2006), Libâneo (2005), Saviani (2008) and Alves Mazzotti (2006). From that study was possible to understand through the reflections raised the holistic dimension of work developed by Pedagoga in the 2nd VIJ, having as base the building of knowledges acquired through a solid training and continuing and, still in the professional exercise within the judicial space. What we were able to realize the importance of the role that professional face to non-schools spaces.
