Leitura x formação humana: um estudo fundamentado na centralidade do trabalho

Studying reading in process of human development, theme that emerges mainly from the eighteenth century, it draws upon the full understanding of individuals. However, we live in a context in which educational practice, with all its contradictions, has walked on extending the conservatism of the capitalist form of sociability. In this perspective, to well explain the theme, we entered in the analysis of the institution of human society based on marxian anthology, announced the work category as responsible for ontological leap operated by social being, advancing to the understanding of complexes that originate from the work, focusing particularly on the education. We advanced situating the crisis of the capital system and its implications in the educational field, pointing out the historical necessity of articulating education and reading with a practice that privilege the social-historical knowledge and, consequently, the process of clarification of consciences and the radical transformation of society.
