Exploração sexual comercial infanto juvenil: o papel das ONG’s e das redes de mobilização

This work brings the next problematization: What is the contribution of organizations representing civil society in combating the commercial sexual exploitation children and youthful? Therefore, your general objective is to understand the contribution of NGO’s and the mobilization of networks to combat sexual exploitation. Your specifics objectives are to analyze how infantile sexuality was and it is present in society and how it came to be studied, and to highlight the main features of this phenomenon. In the second chapter, there will explanation about how the society faced the children and youthful sexuality, along the history, according to the Theory of Sexuality, Michel Foucault. The third chapter will discuss about the sexual exploitation and its features. The fourth chapter will deal the role of NGO’s and the mobilization of networks, in general, in confrontation this phenomenon. And, lastly, in the fifth chapter, it will be analyzed an interview conducted with a professional from institution Women’s Center of March 8, which is the executive coordination of the Interinstitutional Network to Combat Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children and Teenagers- REDEXI, that is the focus of the research. Resorted to the studies of researchers and thematic specialists, for example, Leal, Faleiros and Campos, and others. The result obtained was that the NGO’s have contributed, positively, in the confrontation of the sexual exploitation by to mobilize the civil society in combat that violence, to make known that phenomenon and to promote the insertion of the theme in the Government speeches to elaborate public policies in this area.
