Abstract
dc:description.abstractOur research aims to find out what the teachers in the municipality of Cabaceiras, think about the main difficulties for the Teaching of Mathematics, pointing future research suggestions to minimize the problem. To achieve this goal, we have launched in the secondary goals, such as: Do the identification of the biggest complaints teachers, in municipal of Cabaceiras, about the difficulties of mathematics teaching in the current context; Identify elements of the routine life of students, the city of Cabaceiras, to guide positive attitudes in terms of interest; After analyzing the data offered by student demand and faculty, we weave theoretical considerations, with the purpose to suggest future research and report how it handles education, today, in the city of Cabaceiras. We focus the interest of our research came from a experience offered by the discipline of Estágio Supervisionado II, offered by the Federal University of Paraíba, Distance Learning mode. For development of research and data analysis, we developed a descriptive study of qualitative nature, through the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Among the authors of our research are Brito (1996) Sarabia (1998) Palácios (1995), which make comments on motivation and academic interest. The contribution of our research is on record about school reality of Mathematics Teaching in the municipality of Cabaceiras and how future research suggestions are guided the need to investigate the dynamics of socialization Teacher x Student and Student x Student, outside of school , through social networks.
