For this purpose, we used questionnaires with items addressed problems situations of multiplication and division and a post-test that assessed the degree of difficulty of the methodologies presented to students of the 5th year of elementary school to a public school in Patos county in order to collect data to be analyzed. It was observed that the more varied the opportunities for learning, the greater the capacity building / child's intelligence.
