However, the inherent fragility of the support and the way the digital record are deleted requires great care on the part of those who deal with this because the incorrect elimination of the document makes recoverable for other purposes besides their creation. Therefore, this article seeks to disseminate the methods, models and tools for safe disposal of record in the digital context.
