Diagnóstico do Arquivo Central do Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba: um olhar sobre a gestão documental

This diagnosis of the Central Archive of the Court of Paraiba , as indispensable to the current situation analysis tool identifying problems and suggesting solutions , as the acquis , activities , infrastructure and services . Emphasizes the importance of document management in the archives of public institutions, as relevant to the organization activity and access quickly and efficiently to decisions and actions. To collect data using the questionnaire form and direct observation. Highlights the theoretical framework the concepts of diagnosis, document management, life cycle of documents, review and temporality table. The results and analysis are divided into two parts: The form with the identification of the institution, library, file activity, infrastructure and CONARQ and the result of the questionnaire with the profile of internal user and characterization of file usage. Reflects on the lack of public policies, financial, material and human resources as well as conservation and preservation of archival information for the institution and society, whereas what is public belongs to society. Concludes by suggesting knowledge and use of the guidelines and standards established by the National Council on Archives in their actions and archival technical procedures in order to promote restructuring in document management File of the Court of Paraiba.
