Práticas de indexação desenvolvidas nos documentos do Arquivo Geral da Universidade Federal da Paraíba - UFPB

Reports lived experience as a student at the undergraduate in Archival , developed in the General Archives of the Federal University of Paraíba, through discipline Laboratory Practices integrated IV . Has the general objective to verify if the activities in the General Archives of UFPB are addressed in this menu and specific objectives highlight the importance of documentary description and the practice of indexing the records as activities on stage. The methodology used was the comparative method, to verify that the internship were addressed as stated on the menu. We conclude that the activities of documentary and indexing held in the General Archives of UFPB description were performed successfully, thus fulfilling the guidelines established in the menu curricular component highlighted in this study.
