The study had the analysis of article abstract and the keywords as the methodological foundation. The results point out that the journal encompasses a meaningful amount of publications in areas such as Information Science, Archive Sciences and Librarianship, that is, documentation areas. Therefore, the theme related to the preservation of archives is neglected and thus can lead us to several hypotheses.
