Whereas autism is defined as a pervasive developmental disorder and presenting commitments in three major areas of human development: communication, socialization and imagination, which result in learning difficulties, this study has aimed to analyze, under the prospect of a Psychopedagogic look, using the TEACCH Method as a tool in clinical Psychopedagogic care of an autistic child. This research consists of a case study conducted in Psychopedagogic Care Center at the Federal University of Paraiba in order to verify how structured activities based on TEACCH Method can collaborate in the learning process of an autistic child. The study was conducted through an interview and application of structured activities with the child in clinical care, demonstrating the importance of working with individually targeted activities through the TEACCH Method, characterized by greater attention given to autistic children, providing better results As regards the development and learning. The child demonstrated progress in several aspects, such as activities of daily life and practice, achieving greater independence in social and family relationships, as noted the effectiveness of the TEACCH Method when working in partnership with the family with regard to the need to develop the child's autonomy.
