It is characterized as a qualitative research that has had the proposed of identify the difficult highlighted by the teachers in the development of lessons taken at the laboratory, analyzing the main causes and realize the importance attached to this type of lesson by the teachers in their practice. The data collection was made through the application of a questionnaire, applied with 50 Chemistry teachers from public schools where they work in the town of João Pessoa.
