Therefore, we deal with the following research problem: How to combine the QR code features with the recovery process of archival information accessed by mobile devices? The purpose of this research is to explore procedures that speeds up the information retrieval process and make the professional's involved with this function easier. The observation technique was used to allow the preparation of the flowcharts used in the model and it also helped in the development of the prototype.
