According to the data analysis, we found that the teachers and management are aware of the importance of the play, both for learning and for the development of children. Para isso, primeiramente, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, para aprofundamento dos estudos sobre a Educação Infantil e a prática pedagógica lúdica. Apresentamos um breve histórico da Educação Infantil no Brasil e a realidade da Educação Infantil no Campo e também sobre a importância do lúdico para a aprendizagem da criança. A metodologia usada foi a qualitativa, onde foi feita uma pesquisa de campo com observações em duas salas de aula da pré-escola (I, II) e também foram aplicados questionários com duas professoras e a gestora da creche escola para coletar os dados da pesquisa. De acordo com a análise dos dados obtidos, constatamos que as professoras e gestora têm conhecimento da importância do lúdico, tanto para a aprendizagem, como para o desenvolvimento das crianças.
