Abstract
dc:description.abstractObjective is to see how access to information contained in the records of the archive Statistics Medical archives Service (SAME) State Hospital Emergency and Trauma Senator Humberto Lucena. It is characterized as descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approach. For data collection, the research instrument used was the questionnaire with objective and subjective variables, prepared with Likert rating scale, containing five alternatives ranging from "Strongly Agree" to "Strongly Disagree". The sample was composed of 36 respondents, being 27 internal users and external users to the hospital 9. From the data collected. It is concluded that users feel satisfied with the opening hours of SAME , however, have difficulties with regard to search on Computerization System archive and point improvement suggestions for the whole archive .
