Diretrizes para implantação da gestão documental no arquivo da SEMOB/ Cabedelo/ PB

The Urban Mobility Departament/Semob in Cabedelo city/Paraíba, is designed to encourage improvements of the urban mobility of the drivers, and provide the adequate safety to the pedestrians that use the public road. The support activities, relate to the actions of support to the management to make all the functions from SEMOB/CABEDELO/PB work. In a preliminary research in loco, was observed that the archive, doesn’t use the appropriate procedures to the document management. Focused on study the possiblity to put in a written policy of document management to Semob/Cabedelo/PB, mainly to: infraction notice. A diagnosis was realized as methodological support. The specific legislation on the document management in archives (literature and Conarq’s resolutions) was at the basis to analize the colected datas, and, to show the results of the research to appoint guidelines (administrative actions) to make the archives a model of a document management, effective and efficient.
