Abstract
dc:description.abstractPresents the deployment and use of the electronic process, adopting as research scenario the Regional Labor Court of the Thirteenth Region (TRT 13) in João Pessoa, Brazil. This is a descriptive and documentary survey using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through the electronic process information published by the court on its homepage, and then conducted a technical visit in court where an official attendant of I.T. sector clarified several questions about the electronic process. Then, at a second moment was held technical visit to two sectors belonging to the Documentation and Archiving Service - SDA Archives of the Labour Courts - João Pessoa. First in the CPAD sector, where the section head secretary, has explained about the question of Table Temporality Documentary on the electronic process and the disposal of digital documents. In the Memorial sector, another official attendant, responsible for server administration, provided a material about the history of the labor courts in Paraíba. After analyzing the material, highlights the pioneering spirit of the Regional Labor Court, now judging from the first half of 2009, all processes that originate in the 2nd Instance without the use of paper and processing through Internet. This experience gives the TRT 13th national highlight to the small state of Paraiba, lifting the cutting edge in technology because it was the first in Brazil Labour Court who sued their actions originating electronically. Thus, from the implementation of Electronic Court, legal procedures such as injunctions, rescission action, habeas corpus, collective bargaining and precautionary measure, may be required internet. The innovation was developed by the Department of Justice's Information Technology and the service is available in the service portal, on the homepage of TRT 13th. The procedure enables faster processing of cases with remarkable economy of resources and, especially, providing greater respect for the environment, in compliance with the ecological criteria. The system allows any practical claimants access your process without leaving home, without taking the bus or using any means of transport. It is worth highlighting the ecological aspect of the new procedure, since thousands of trees will no longer be felled with the perceived economic role that inevitably the process electronically brings.
