From this perspective our research problem is to analyze whether Archival trainees of University Federal and Estadual of the Paraíba know the importance of using personal protective equipment. Methodologically the research was characterized as descriptive and exploratory with a questionnaire, and review literature. The students Paraibans study participants have shown through the results that acknowledge the importance of minimum safety conditions at professional level. Although, some institutions still do not present a favorable understanding of these conditions.
