A Superintendência Regional do Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária (INCRA) na Paraíba e a gestão documental

Checks for document management in the regional office of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) in the state of Paraíba on the importance of ascertaining how is the organization and the handling of documents to guarantee access to information from the perspective of servers and the managers of the process. This research has like specific objectives identified as the document management is performed in these files; the activities carried out files and highlight the strengths and weaknesses with respect to document management. This research is characterized as descriptive and exploratory. For data analysis we used the quantitative and qualitative approaches and as a research tool one questionnaire. The data indicate that for an organized file is important to diagnose the file situation, have a qualified technical team for the implementation of a Document Management Program, creating the file system by means of law, which could ensure the correct treatment of the documents produced, received and retained, their access and thus ensuring the preservation of institutional memory and society. We conclude that the study file requires identification of convergences points thereof to address the mobilization of the organization in strategic planning and effectiveness necessary to decision making, providing satisfactory results in this decision-making process.
