Arquivo da empresa Comércio, Indústria e Serviços JB LTDA: proposta de gestão documental

This work focuses on the diagnosis from the private archive of metallurgical Commerce, Industry and Services JB LTDA, small business. In order to present a proposal for document management, with the development of the classification plan and draft of temporality table. The methodology used in this bibliographic research and on-site observation, using the SWOT analysis identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to point, and formulate actions to average short and long term.
