Análise de gestão em escritório contábil: um estudo comparativo

The present research is a comparative study that was applied in an accounting office named FL-ASSESSORIA, in which is analyzed the process of implantation of document management. The management of archival documents is a fundamental procedure for public or private companies. In an accounting office, it produces ways to make decisions efficiently, applied to any organization. Also, it has an important role in the construction of information environment, where the archival practices contribute to guarantee the organization and preservation of archives. The research is delineated by the main aspects, theoretical and practical, which are considered in the implantation of document management and the challenges that an accounting office faces to manage and preserve their document collections. The main objective of this monograph is to present, by means of comparison, the main aspects and procedures of the implantation of document management.
