Centro de Documentação Coronel João Pimentel: proposta de organização documental

The text refers to the proposed organization of documentary mass Archive Documentation Centre Colonel John Farias Pimentel Guarabira in the city, Paraíba. That center includes archival collections, and libranomic museístico character, though all documents are derived from files in your most private personal, revealing the diversity of documentary genres such as: Iconographic, textual, audiovisual, mooviegrafic, Sound and dimensional. In this sense we draw general objective propose methodology for document organization Documentation Centre Coronel João Pimentel in line with the theoretical positions of contemporary archivists. Adopting as a methodological perspective diagnostic principles through data collection in situ, interviews, and mapping of the collection and filing Form (attached). The data indicated the existence of various funds, is therefore an urgent need for the development of a framework arrangement for the permanent files and the classification scheme for institutional current file, already associated with the Documentary Table Temporality. How the proposed study indicates characteristic of the formation of the technical staff of human resources, physical and environmental interventions in space, analysis of furniture for the collection, evaluation and treatment documentation, budget plan, implementation plan, and permanent material resources and consumption beyond the Framework Arrangement for the permanent files, templates for forms of representation hemeroteca and a roadmap for development of the document Table of Temporality. We suggest the adoption of the Classification Scheme-activity through public institutions established by CONARQ.
