O mercado de trabalho do arquivista consultor - gestor da informação: uma análise sobre o seu papel em empresas privadas.

In the current scenario Archivist of the labor market, know how the company is positioned strategically is a differential in the archivist's career. This paper presents the work of the archivist as a consultant / manager of information in the environment of private enterprises. With a simple and objective language, shows how the work of the archivist as a consultant / information manager can contribute to greater efficiency and effectiveness in making administrative decisions based on the information collected in the file and made available by the archivist. This is a case study, analyzing archivist's perspective as information manager in organizational decision making. Addresses in context three companies, respectively: Alpha, Beta and Gamma, enabling issues relating to the archivist / information professional within the managerial and organizational process. Exposes the expectation of private business managers that has a archivist on the performance of this professional and the contribution of this in decision making, as well as the design of the archivist on its contribution to efficiency and effectiveness in the decision-making process within companies. It follows that the archivist provided greater security and increased productivity when provided the appropriate information and systematized the administrator.
