Reestruturação do serviço de arquivo médico e estatística do Centro Municipal de Referência em Saúde Leonard Mozart da Prefeitura Municipal de Cabedelo

The revitalization project of the Serviço de Arquivo Médico e Estatística - SAME ohf the Centro Municipal de Referência em Saúde Leonard Mozart, culminated in making a diagnosis that evaluated in detail the emergency needs of the archive for improvements that meet their archival gaps . The SAME has information that cater to both the Centre and the other sectors of the Secretária de Saúde da Prefeitura Municipal de Cabedelo and citizens . With the diagnosis was noted that the Archive is a regular situation facing as main problem deficit tools and instruments of information retrieval. Today the file has more than 50.500 active records and considered due to the volume were generated, over time, informational gaps making it difficult to access information in a timely manner. The loss of this information has motivated the construction of this work. As the action strategy actions as inventory the set of documents , conduct the survey of the documentary typology, sanitize, sort and package the records, create Temporality Table of Document - TTD will be necessary following the current legislation , develop a specific database and prepare the file for both conventional as archiving for the future implementation of electronic medical records, re-educating internal and external users of the SAME as well as maintenance of all activities .
