DIRETRIZES PARA INTEGRAÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES DE MANUTENÇÃO COM ATIVIDADES DE PRODUÇÃO - (ESTUDO DE CASO)

The present work deals with a case study that includes a scenario in an automotive industry where the responsible area for maintenance of production equipments passed through an internal re-structuring process by changing from a centralized to a de-centralized of operation mode, now working allocated to the production divisions. In this new scenario the proposal is to re-evaluate the activities and responsibilities of the people who are related to the activities of maintenance and of production, with a distinct angle of view onto the aspects of maintenance, composing and supplying rules for a better operational synergy, for a higher esteem of the work-fellow and to achieve positive results for the envolved areas and for the organization
