Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis study addresses the question of mortality of micro and small business franchise, the important issue that sparked the interest of the entire business community, involving challenges mainly by lack of studies on the subject. The objective of this study is to collect data related to the administrative practice of these organizations to identify how the practices and information are handled and to what extent are responsible for the mortality of micro and small enterprises franchise, being necessary literature and sites that contribute to the formation of a theoretical framework able to clarify and define the search. The methodology used by exploratory research and interviews with gather data on franchising companies and franchised agencies as SEBRAE, Getulio Vargas Foundation Associations of franchisees and the Brazilian Franchising Association. So you can identify and analyze the causes hindering their stay in business
