OS REFLEXOS DA ESPIRITUALIDADE NA OBTENÇÃO DE PRODUTIVIDADE SUSTENTÁVEL: ESTUDO DE CASO EM EMPRESAS DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES

The current corporative scene indicates that organizations will have to learn to equate profit, ethics and fulfilment to the laws. To if searching to understand such complexities and the challenges to get itself resulted lasting and healthful in this context, the sprouting of one another component was observed: the spirituality, currently perceived also as strategical. Literature indicates that spirituality basically is related with practical of the respect and the care with the others. The study it searched then to establish its relation with ethical behavior and sustainable productivity, suggesting proposals for new processes of management. By means of research it saw case study, questionnaires and ethnography constructed to the central argument of the research, binding intrinsic motivation, capacity of looking at the other , spirituality, ethical sales and productivity. The study it concludes that such elements influence directly in the attainment of sustainable productivity , intervening positively with the quality of life of the professionals and with the individual and corporative development, having to be structuring element in the election processes and qualification.
