It explores how the ‘home’ place influences and is influenced by dances, performances, and other art forms, especially when they propose different modes of relation with the place for their production and circulation, highlighting their ethical and political aspects. Recognizing that places are not neutral, the study focuses on the ‘home as a space for artistic experimentation’ and examines how works of dance, performance, and other art forms, performed in this context, present notions about ‘art’ and ‘home’ in their propositions. I also intend to experiment with modes of writing for arts research, which is oriented by artistic practice.
