The integration between policies that promote water resources management, basic sanitation and environmental education contributes to citizen education, enabling individuals to understand their crucial role in advancing sustainability. In this context, the objective of this work was to analyze the potential for strategic dissemination of the interrelations between water resources management, basic sanitation and environmental education through the Express Sanitation Program - PSE. To this end, a literature review, the diagnosis of the actions carried out by the PSE and, finally, the structuring and application of evaluation models were used. An evaluation mechanism and indicators that will enable its use in similar actions and projects in other regional and national contexts were also proposed. Finally, it was concluded with the delivery of two evaluative models in the form of forms and a matrix of indicators containing 20 (twenty) indicators distributed in 4 (four) dimensions. In addition, it was also possible to define priority areas of action of the PSE program based on the information obtained through the National Sanitation Information System - SNIS. Thus, the methodological protocol proposed and delivered as a product of this master's degree, aims at the application and use of them by DESO through the PSE, which consists of an important initiative for the dissemination of knowledge and integration of management, having been awarded for three years with the SDG Seal for the fulfillment of SDG 6, SDG 4 and SDG 17, of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.","abstract_html":"Basic sanitation plays an important role in environmental sustainability, especially with regard to the preservation of water resources.
