Vozes em Cena: O Teatro do Oprimido como caminho para a socialização

The project "Vozes em Cena" aims to promote Theater of the Oppressed as an approach to foster socialization among students at the Colégio Estadual de Tempo Integral Professora Célia Oliveira Leite. Through workshops and practical activities, students are encouraged to explore their emotions and experiences through theatrical language, allowing them to express themselves authentically. The methodology adopted includes theatrical games (BOAL, 1998) that facilitate interaction and dialogue, promoting a safe environment for exchanging ideas and feelings. By addressing relevant themes from the students' daily lives, such as inequality, prejudice, and solidarity, the project not only develops artistic skills but also strengthens social bonds by provoking critical awareness of their realities. For many, authors like Augusto Boal (1974-1998-2008), Paulo Freire (2018), and David Kolb (1984) support this study. Preliminary results indicate that students are becoming more sociable and confident, reflecting a significant transformation in their interpersonal relationships.
