Construção de thesauri: experimento empírico para a coleta de termos em formação profissional

A methodology for the construction of thesauri was developed. The method invilves the simultaneous application of two principles which govern the effective collection of terms: Literary Warrant and User Warrant. The information sources weretwo hundred and fifty periodical articles on Vocational Training, comig from thenational literature and also two hundred and fifty technicians in the VocationalTraining area, who have Collaborated in the selection of the terms used in the generation of a preliminary thesaurus in this subject.
