For the study dependent variables were characterized, the amount of contacts with the Service and the number of documents requested to it, wich compose a usage index, from the fraction obtained among their values From the population studied, a stratification was made, according to the expouse time to information and a 32 use sample was obtained, on wich a from was applied with the objective of showuing possible changes, from the use of chosen means Variable influence is proved, such as of school background and exposure time to information Service, as being those showing higher dependence with the ones considered, and having a bigger role in the information usage. Most of the population is placed within a low information usage, these results tending o high usage, while more effective seems the influence of some analysed variables.
